Subsidiaries

TDX owns approximately 20 subsidiary companies that are headquartered and/or conduct business from St. Paul Island to other parts of Alaska to other parts of the continental United States to the far corners of the world. We categorize our subsidiaries in four service groups: TDX Bering Sea Group, TDX Government Services Group, TDX Hospitality Group and TDX Power Group. In addition, we have TDX St. Paul Island Operations.

The companies in these groups provide a wide range of products and services, from hotels and parking garages in Anchorage and Seattle, to power-generation plants in Alaska’s massive oil fields and small, hard-to-reach communities, to large-scale, high-profile military, national defense and other government projects, including high-tech IT, engineering, construction and facilities maintenance.
